The phrase comes from Pirkei Avot (4:1). Ben Zoma asks the question "Who is strong?" and answers: "He who masters his inclination" (Eizehou guibor? Hakovech èt yitsro). Nearly two thousand years ago, the Sages had already named the only battle that never ends: the one fought within. This battle knows neither truce nor audience; it takes place in the silence of daily decisions. This piece reproduces the dialogue as is — the question on the front, the Sages' answer on the back — so that the garment poses the question to those who encounter it as much as to the wearer.
